Here we have a customer in Great Yarmouth, with a lovely blue chair which is part of set.
Customer has stated to notice that the seat has started to dip where the seat cushion has collapsed with normal wear and tear.
Here we boosted the seat using a reflex 400 memory foam, by boosting the seat you are adding padding to the base which replaces the settlement area of padding only, this allows the settlement moving forward to be minimal.
We did provide the customer with a quote for a replacement seat foam, which with needing to be manufactured by a foam converter and two visits one collecting the cushion as a template and the another visit to re fit the cushion, the cost for this being much more than the seat boosting option.
